Often, as creatives and introverts, we struggle with chit-chat and small talk. We'd rather develop long-term relationships with the best clients and customers. We love building trust and psychological safety, and we enjoy partnering with clients with bespoke programs for at least six months to achieve the best results.
At Creative X Factory, we safeguard the privacy of our executive coachees and partners above all. In high-stakes advisory work, discretion isn't optional—it's the foundation of trust that sparks genuine, organic word-of-mouth (WOM). Clients share their success stories freely when they feel secure. Yet sometimes we gladly share curated references from consenting clients upon request.
Overarching learning objectives, measurable learning goals and observable intended learning outcomes drive us. We send out pre and post-surveys to validate results from in-presence, remote and hybrid sessions. NPS score is consistently above 80 and top percentile, but we always listen to feedback, refine and improve. It's the medium and long-term check of participants' happiness and their progressions that make the difference in our impact metrics.
