This introductory session is dedicated to those professionals who work in the world of training in business companies or secondary, university and post-graduate schools, public or private. For everyone, the challenge is to put themselves in the shoes of the user, student, and client to design compelling and engaging experiences for them At the end of this first session, you will be able to: - define the founding principles of Design Thinking - recognize the needs of the adult learner - identify the critical elements of a user-centred design - recognize the trends of micro learning and storytelling in the world of education - identify the critical moments of a learning journey - compare the effectiveness of some formats (i.e. videos, infographics, podcasts) - reflect on your development areas to plan your next steps We recommend this session as an integral part of some packages and a personal integrated development journey *** Questa sessione introduttiva è dedicata a quei professionisti che operano nel mondo della formazione nelle aziende o nelle scuole secondarie, universitarie e post-universitarie, pubbliche o private.
